Elmer Isch founded our seed company in 1947, certifying a field of oats. From that time on, Elmer and his son Perry have built Isch Seeds into a well-respected seed company providing our many customers with high quality seeds.

In 2007, Isch Seeds became dealers, producers and conditioners for Brodbeck Seeds in Wabash, Indiana. Brodbecks is a family-owned business with the values we believe are important for our customers and community. They have a strong commitment to research and development so we can provide you with the latest cutting-edge genetics. With Brodbecks, we are confident that we will continue our tradition of supplying you with high quality service and seed.

In the fall of 2007, the ownership of Isch Seeds changed, ensuring a tradition of excellence that will continue for many years to come.  The family of Doug and Jill Fiechter are now the owners and operators of Isch Seeds, with Perry continuing to manage day to day business. The Fiechter family is not new to the seed business as they have dealt with seed for the past 20 years.  They will continue to run the business with the same attention to detail that Elmer and Perry have always had.
